Thumbs Up! Appreciation Letter from the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee

Recently, Hantewin received a letter of appreciation from the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics Organizing Committee and the National Aquatics Center Venue Operations Team. The letter expressed sincere gratitude for Hantewin’s intelligent robots participating in the venue's epidemic prevention service support. The high-tech, efficient, and meticulous service provided by the intelligent robots earned the venue operations team’s high recognition for its successful completion of epidemic prevention and monitoring tasks.

Epidemic prevention was the top priority in the preparations for the Beijing Winter Olympics. During the product preparation phase and the service period for the Winter Games, our project team demonstrated superb technical expertise, dedication, and rich experience. Driven by a strong sense of responsibility and mission, they sacrificed a great deal of personal time, overcoming challenges such as tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and high demands. They successfully assembled, tested, and deployed a fleet of intelligent epidemic prevention robots, ensuring smooth and effective on-site operations.

Throughout the Winter Olympics and Paralympics, from the large-scale lockdown on January 6 to the conclusion of the Paralympics on March 15, our intelligent epidemic prevention robot, "Ben Xiaobao," played a crucial role in patrolling the athlete rest areas, media zones, and spectator areas. Each day, Ben Xiaobao covered a patrol area of 60,000 square meters, performing temperature checks and mask monitoring as part of the venue’s epidemic control efforts. Operating independently for 24 hours a day, Ben Xiaobao autonomously worked on a schedule, recharged itself, and completed its tasks without the need for technical support or remote assistance. Over 70 days of continuous operation without any malfunctions, three Ben Xiaobao robots independently handled all epidemic prevention tasks at the National Aquatics Center ("Ice Cube"), contributing significantly to the venue’s epidemic prevention measures. Their outstanding performance earned praise from both domestic and international media and garnered positive feedback from a broad audience online.

The “Spectacular, Extraordinary, and Excellent” Beijing Winter Olympics have come to a close, but inspired by this successful epidemic prevention support, Hantewin will continue to forge ahead with full enthusiasm, high morale, and a practical approach.
